Katy Perry switched from a pretty floral dress and cardigan to a skin-tight red dress when she left her hotel to head over to the Ed Sullivan Theater for her performance on the “Late Show With David Letterman.” Katy’s new album, “Teenage Dream” was released today. Here’s what she has to say about it:
