The 20-year-old singer later changed to a blue dress for her performance of new single Come & Get It. Gomez also presented a Heroes For Change award and took home the award for Best Female Artist.
Victorious star and singer Ariana Grande, who hosted the event, looked elegant in a full-length gown and accessorised it with a headband.
